In my sessions I aim to be responsive to my students, identifying areas of both strength as well as weak point and adapting the rate, mode and technique of the lessons appropriately. Throughout my learning of mathematics I have constantly felt that I engage one of the most with the topic through doing several example troubles, so I would place a high value on this technique to discovering in my lessons. I will review the previous week's content at the start of every session to ensure a complete understanding and to build self-confidence for the students as they move forward.
I will strive to resolve any type of reluctance or anxiety when approaching 'bigger' issues, whether in size or difficulty of their topic, by revealing logical methods to break down the problem into little sections which are simpler to tackle, prior to building up to a complete, thorough way out.
I am able to ensure that I will hold my horses as well as motivating in all of my interaction with students. I would enjoy to not only broaden my students' expertise yet also, with the fulfillment of their progress and also success, see them expand an interest to Maths as I have.
